Join Janie and Fredrik, two inspirational and experienced tantra teachers for a whole weekend of heart-opening moments and vulnerability in their beautiful home in Stjärnsund (Sweden) South of Dalarna, 2,5 hours from Stockholm (closest train station is Hedemora, pick up can be arranged for a fee).
Together they have worked with hundreds of couples during numerous workshops and world wide festivals and retreats. In 2023 they even organised and facilitated their first Tantra festival in the south of France with a team of 9 teachers and almost 100 participants.

Love knows no time. It doesn’t matter how old you are and how long you have been in a relationship for. We have had couples come to our retreats who have been together for as little as 3 months and as long as 42 years. Deep down every couple longs to strengthen their connection and let go of anything that is in the way of allowing for more love & pleasure to flow between them.

Meeting other couples. Listening to their love story, their struggles and their celebrations can be a huge relief in not feeling alone. Realising how similar we all are and seeing each other as inspirations of love. Often just witnessing another couple in their process can give you so many unexpected insights, realisations and a pure gift in holding them in love und non-judgment.

Learn about Tantra in a safe environment with professional teachers, who have walked the tantric path for many years and who have worked with lots of couples. We want to meet you where you are at and invite you to a space where you can explore more about yourself and your partner. Beginners are super welcome and every questions, doubt and fear is a gift for the group and for us.

Learn simple and yet powerful relationship & communication tools to be able to write the love story that you desire. Often couples get stuck in previous relationship wounds, loop in unhealthy dynamics and simply don’t know how to re-write old narratives. - You will share this transformational journey with 4-5 other couples
- We are 2h drive away from Stockholm (Arlanda)
- The retreat center is located in Stjärnsund, a tiny dreamlike village surrounded by stunning nature … mossy forests, a wood-fire sauna & a sunset view from our treetop platform over the lake is all waiting for you
- Total cost of the 3 day retreat is 1480 Euro / 14800 SEK per couple including delicious vegan/vegetarian food & cozy accommodation in one of our guest rooms with 2 shared bathrooms.
- Optional private accommodation by the lake is also available & can be booked separately through Airbnb –> our Romantic Tiny House and our Romantic Spa Villa
- Refund Policy:
You have the option to add on a refund insurance when you book your retreat tickets through the Nortic ticket system* (please read their terms of condition)Otherwise your reservation fee of 500 Euros / 5000 SEK per couple is non-refundable.The remaining amount of 980 Euro / 9800 SEK per couple needs to be paid the latest 4 weeks before the start of the retreat. Due to the small group any cancellation within 4 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable.We can talk about your perfect financial solution in our discovery call.

Friday: Landing in the heart
As you arrive, take a deep breath and let the tranquil surroundings ground you. The day is all about heart-opening experiences, inviting you to embrace your emotional and spiritual connection with yourself and your partner. Gather around the dinner table, bathed in the soft glow of candlelight, for a delightful vegetarian or vegan homemade meal, accompanied by Fredrik’s live music adding a beautiful, soulful touch to the night. While the fire is flickering in the background Janie will guide you through practices encouraging you to slow down together and feel your heart connection. This safe space for sharing with your partner often leads to tears of appreciation, joy as well as grief and relief. All of you is welcome!
Saturday: A Day of Transformation
On Saturday, we raise the energy and awaken your senses while dancing and singing in the morning sun. These activities breathe life into your body and spirit, setting the tone for a day of personal growth. You’ll explore effective communication, both verbal and non-verbal, enhancing your ability to connect with your partner on a much deeper level and often leaving your comfort zone behind. After an invigorating morning, you’ll have time to relax in nature and perhaps indulge in a soothing sauna & a refreshing jump in the lake. The afternoon sessions focuses on more physical connections, exploring conscious touch and, at times, using ropes to create heartwarming bonds. The day ends with a devotional tantric ritual, adding another layer of profound spiritual connection between you and your partner.
Sunday: Integration and Reflection
Sunday is your day of integration and reflection. It starts gently with massages for both partners. We often continue with soft tantric breath-work exercises guiding you into deeper self-awareness and pleasure. Dancing and singing together reignite the sense of presence as you continue to explore your inner world. At this stage the couples often dare to share more vulnerably and really feel the power of being witnessed and held in so much love by the rest of the group. Fredrik and Janie will share their secrets of how to keep the tantric magic alive in your every day life.
